IPA - New England

A focus on quality and tropical ingredients have the runway to your tastebuds ‘Paved in Gold.’ A big hop driven IPA, approachable and dangerous with El Dorado, Rakau, Amarillo hops.

Lager - Mexican

Translation: "Crazy Gold". This Mexican Lager was brewed with maximum thirst quenching ability and built to satisfy your taste buds. Try it with a lime!

Lager - American Light

In pursuit of the maximizing drinkability, we created a crispy clean American Lager, a beer style that is rooted deeply in Wisconsin culture. We pair traditional noble hops with new school Indie Hops, resulting in a delightfully approachable beer with a tangy fresh flavor that is squeaky clean.

Bock - Doppelbock

Dark, smooth, and indulgent. This lager pours deep amber with flavors of caramelized malt, toasted bread, and subtle dark fruit. Full-bodied yet clean, it finishes warm and satisfying.

Hard Seltzer

A simple syrup based hard premium seltzer, Watermelon flavored, and full of bubbles. Gluten free, Lactose Free

Our friends up the road on I-43 came to hang and brew a lovely double west coast IPA. The talk about what it should be always had Krush hops being brought up. This became our extremely useful jump off point. What goes well with Krush? Mosaic. This bright, tasty, and clean beverage is what we all were wanting with fall transiting to winter.
