East Troy Brewery opened in late 2018, after Ted and Ann Zess purchase the old State Bank of East Troy building on the historic East Troy Village Square and refurbished it as a modern building deeply rooted in its historic history dating back to 1892.  This renovation included adding a 10 Barrel brew house, a full restaurant with craft made food, and an expansive patio for enjoying the outdoors. The bank feel was maintained, and updated to create the warm and welcoming feel, right in downtown East Troy, Wisconsin.  East Troy Brewery is proud to be crafting unique and delicious beer, while also serving from-scratch Wisconsin pub staples made with local ingredients, along and a wide range of craft cocktails.

Our Management Team is made up of Zach Innis (General Manager), Keely Rivero (Assistant General Manager), Patrick Miller (Head Brewer), and Noah Higgins (Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager). They work hard to provide a great experience for you, and continue to innovate with experimental beers, local rotating menu, seasonal cocktails and great service. We hope to serve you soon!
