Patio Release Party!

Join us on Saturday, April 22nd from 12-4 PM for the release of SIX of our small batch brews. This event will be held in our draft room and is open to the public.
LIQUID SMOKE – Piwo Grodziskie (Polish smoked beer) 6.5 %
We may have gone too far with the smoked malt in this one. But that’s why we brew small batches. Liquid smoke would be a great bloody mary chaser or served with beef jerky around the campfire.
NOSTROVIA – Russian Imperial Stout- 11%
A big robust malty beer with a smooth finish. It will be brewed in December as a 7.5 bbl batch and aged in bourbon barrels for a Fall of 2024 release.
CORKSCREW IPA – Double IPA – 12%
A big IPA fermented with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. The wine notes in the aroma are from Nelson Sauvin hops, the finish is like a nice dry white wine.
DIEBOLD GRAEF – Apple Beer – 8.5%
A small 8 gallon batch of beer that we added 4 gallons of Apple Cider to towards the end of fermentation. It finishes very dry with a hint of the Elegant Farmer apple cider.
BLISSFUL GAZE – Thiolized IPA – 6.4%
Our “Blissful Haze” New England-style IPA taken to the next level by mash hopping and fermenting with thiolized yeast for an explosion of tropical aromas and flavors. HUGE notes of passion fruit, guava and citrus.
RUBY RED – Grapefruit Sour Ale – 5.5%
A new citrus flavor in our Philly Sour series. Philly yeast starts out fermentation by producing lactic acid souring the beer and then finishes fermentation by producing alcohol, it does it all. A whopping 44 pounds of Grapefruit puree was added to each barrel of beer, pucker up.
